I create digital illustrations and comics that depict scenes and short stories of complex family dynamics. I have always found familial dynamics, generational trauma, and general genetics to be fascinating, so they appear frequently in my work. As a horror and fantasy enjoier, my work frequently explores different creature character designs. I primarily use Procreate and Adobe Illustrator to make my vision come to fruition, with the help of Photoshop and InDesign occasionally. I usually lean towards earthy color palettes because I find the outdoors to be inspiring and scary. My works explores the duality of nature being familiar and inviting while also being ominous and overwhelming. While most of my illustrations are loose leaf, recently I have tried to make a more concise exploration of these themes through my Joseph project. Joseph is a character I made a few years ago, and I have been working to finalize a story about him since. I am not certain what my next project is at the moment but I am certain it will follow similar themes.
